商场服务天使的演讲稿
各位领导，各位**：
大家好！
第一次参加演讲，心情难免有点激动，感谢大家给了我一次尝试、锻炼的机会，商场服务天使演讲稿。我的演讲题目是:只争朝夕，全力以赴，建设崭新X。
人说“十年磨一剑”，撤区并乡到现在已是整整十年光景！在这十年艰苦奋斗的**夜夜里，留给我们的酸辛记忆太多太多，不是吗?至今我们还有三个月的微薄工资没有兑现！我想该是古老X腾飞的时候了！
当然，贫穷和无奈丝毫不能责怪哪一个，责怪埋怨也没有任何意义！摆在我们面前最主要的课题是如何从实际出发，走出困境，实现乡域经济发展腾飞！
在这里我想谈三点肤浅看法。首先，我们每一位干职工都要树立主人翁意识。那就是说大家都要认为我是X的一分子，是这里的主人，X的兴衰成败与自己是紧密相联系的，我要为了X的社会、经济和各项事业发展贡献自己的聪明才智和汗水。而不要幼稚地认为发展经济那是领导的事，与我无关，我只要有班上、有工资领就万事大吉了。
其次，我们要摸清家底，找出导致这里经济落后的原因，并认真加以研究分析，制定详细可行方案，只争朝夕，全力以赴，推进地方经济强力发展。我认为可从以下三点着手：
1.以纸业园建设为重心，继续加大招商引资力度，认真组织，精心包装，把区位优势明显、经济环境一流的“X”品牌推出去，掀起工业建设高-潮。
2.以闸坝湖为重点，抓好其综合开发利用，使名声在外、位置得天独厚的闸坝湖得到充分合理利用。一定不要再让这块宝地白白闲置浪费了。具体可以参照长沙同升湖山庄、石燕湖休闲度假区的模式进行开发。通过与实力雄厚的旅游或大酒店开发商联姻，高规格、大手笔开发建设闸坝湖。同时注意搞好休闲生态农业开发。
3.以晒黄烟生产为重点，继续抓好农业产业结构调整工作。
第三是我们必须要有过硬扎实的工作作风，将各项工作任务落到实处。不管我们心中宏伟目标有多大，篮图有再美好，最后都要我们去落到实处。这就要求我们不只是纸上谈兵，而要认认真真、扎扎实实。
**们，进军的号角已然吹响，希望的曙光就在前方，让我们在**坚强领导下，齐心协力，攻坚克难，众志成城，矢志不渝，只争朝夕，全力以赴，我们的既定目标一定能实现！全新的X必定呈现出无穷的魅力！

Ladies and Gentlemen:
My topic is Honesty.
As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 2002, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.
Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

A Brother Like That A Brother Like That A friend of mine named Paul received an automobile from his brother as a Christmas present. On Christmas Eve when Paul came out of his office, a street urchin was walking around the shiny new car, admiring it. "Is this your car, Mister?"
he said. Paul nodded. "My brother gave it to me for Christmas."
The boy was astounded. "You mean your brother gave it to you and it didn’t cost you nothing? Boy, I wish . . ."
He hesitated. Of course Paul knew what he was going to wish for. He was going to wish he had a brother like that. But what the lad said jarred Paul all the way down to his heels. "I wish,"
the boy went on, "That I could be a brother like that."
Paul looked at the boy in astonishment, then impulsively he added, "Would you like to take a ride in my car?"
"Oh yes, Id love that."
After a short ride, the boy turned with his eyes aglow, said, "Mister, would you mind driving in front of my house?"
Paul smiled a little. He thought he knew what the lad wanted. He wanted to show his neighbors that he could ride home in a big automobile. But Paul was wrong again. "Will you stop where those two steps are?"
the boy asked. He ran up the steps. Then in a little while Paul heard him coming back, but he was not coming fast. He was carrying his little crippled brother. He sat him down on the bottom step, then sort of squeezed up against him and pointed to the car. "There she is, Buddy, just like I told you upstairs. His brother gave it to him for Christmas and it didn’t cost him a cent. And some day Im gonna give you one just like it . . . then you can see for yourself all the pretty things in the Christmas windows that Ive been trying to tell you about."
Paul got out and lifted the lad to the front seat of his car. The shining-eyed older brother climbed in beside him and the three of them began a memorable holiday ride. That Christmas Eve, Paul learned what Jesus meant when he said: "It is more blessed to give . . . "

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people，I hope that they can love our country like us.
I know， Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study， one day I can speak English very well.

大家好!
今天我演讲的题目是《我能我行》。自信，是成功的源泉，只有相信自己，才有可能成功;只有相信自己，敢于大胆去尝试，才会品尝到成功的滋味。
我和大家相处了四年多，大家一定知道：以前得我很内向，没有自信，总是不敢站在讲台上演讲。是爸爸妈妈和老师给了我鼓励，让我自信，让我成为了一个阳光女孩，我才尝试着站在讲台上，展示我的风采。因为有了第一次，我就敢于尝试第二次、第三次……因为有了自信，现在我才敢落落大方的站在这里。
张海迪，对生活充满了信心，以顽强的毅力快乐地学习和生活，并且实现了生命的最大价值。这就是自信的力量，它会促使着我们走向活泼，它会指引着我们通向成功。“自信+自强+自尊+自立=成功”，往往，成功最大的秘诀就是自信，有了自信才会有成功!在通往成功地路上，只能自己靠着自己，不要遇到困难就想放弃，不要遇到挫折就想逃避。
当一个人屡次失败，心灰意冷，他需要自信，这时自信会给他带来勇气和力量，使他为成功而奋斗。但是，过于自信，就会沾沾自喜，至使成功的彼岸离他越来越远。所以，自信是一把闪亮的双刃刀，会让人成功，也会让人失败。自信，有时是一片飘向成功的云，有时却是一块坠落深谷的石头。
自信，是走向成功的伴侣，是战胜困难的利剑，是通往彼岸的小船。
